To check the status of an order, go to "account" at the top menu and log in to see your order history. If you are still having problems, you can e-mail at info@goldlegion.com and reference the order number you were given when you placed your order online.

Shipping:

General shipping information

Gold Legion has chosen the United States Postal Service to deliver your order. The main reason is because it is less expensive, faster service, Saturday delivery, and in our opinion, more reliable.

Shipping Delays

Keep in mind, Gold Legiont does not typically ship orders on Saturday's, Sunday's and national holidays. Orders received on these days, will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

U.S. SHIPPING

Delivery Time

All orders are shipped first class mail, or priority mail. Though the United States Postal Service claims customers should receive their mail within 2-3 business days, keep in mind this is not a guarantee and in rare cases can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. It is very uncommon, but be advised we have no control of the shipping of your order once it is with the post office. If your order is urgent, you can select overnight mail.  Please note, some items may not be able to ship outside of the USA.

Backorders & Preorders

If in the event you have item(s) on backorder or preorder, we will ship them to you when they are back in stock or released.

Additional shipping costs

If you make an error on your shipping address, we may charge you the additional postage to re-ship the order to the proper address. Please verify your address before you submit your order.

Late or lost orders

Because of postal delays beyond our control, we must wait 21 days before we replace any lost order,
